Got some old stuff lying around you don’t use anymore? Are you a collector of rare and strange goods that you’re not sure anyone could possibly want? Well, there’s probably someone out there willing to pay a pretty penny for your rare collection of vintage breakfast cereal boxes. Ebay has become a sizable source of income for many people. In the years since, other sites and services have popped up allowing people to easily sell anything they have lying around and turn a profit. Your creativity is your only limit.

Sites like the incredibly popular Etsy have given artists and creative types a new outlet to sell their wares. Whether it’s jewelry or one of a kind, handcrafted mittens, there’s something on here for everyone. These kind of direct seller sites are perfect for people looking to make money and people looking to buy quality items directly from the source.

Now this one’s pretty interesting and not too many people know about it, but it’s something that can make you a little money. Take a stroll through Google and you can read about sites that pay people to launch spam comments on other blogs. You know the ones; those seemingly nonsensical comments that randomly appear on posts and don’t seem to have anything to do with the topic at hand. Political groups do this as well. Some people are paid to make disparaging comments on blogs with opposing views. The internet is a strange place sometimes.

You’ll have to find a game that allows to you set up a shop, and pay for the set up, but it could bring you in a nice parcel of cash if your shop is popular with gamers.

7. Twitter pays pounds

If you’re addicted to Twitter it might be time to turn your addiction into cash. You can do this by charging sponsors to tweet their messages to your followers. Just choose how much you want to be paid, which category you want to be in, and which keywords you want to work with.

Then all you need to do is sit back and wait for the sponsors to contact you and you’ll be paid per tweet.

8. Your opinions will pay money

Online surveys are free, only take a few minutes, and although they don’t pay much per survey the pennies soon add up. If you’re looking for a way to get a little bit of money during your lunch break this could be the right option for you.

The longer the survey the more they generally pay so you could find yourself earning a few pounds for one 10 minute survey.

9. It’s time to play a game

Just like with doing a survey, entering online competitions only takes a few minutes and you could be in with the chance of winning everything from cash to brand new cars and luxury holidays.

Taking the time to enter just a few everyday could give you big rewards and all it will have cost you is a couple of minutes of your day.
